Toiletries, Sock & Undergarment Drive
Through October 23rd
A project started by Libby Carrier in 2013 in memory of her brother Conrad, Heart of Gold Care Packages – Operation: Comfort aims to help the homeless of the Middletown area through what can be a rough New England winter. We are aiding in that mission this year, by collecting some of the most essential items needed to get through this coming cold season.
What we are looking for is new items (no used/second hand donations) of the following type:
– Socks (any and all – new in package)
– Underwear (any size and any type – new in package)
– Soap (must be new within its original packaging – no loose soap please)
– Shampoo (must be sealed)
– Toothbrushes (sealed)
Everything collected will be handed directly to the cause. Come by the store anytime with your donations now through October 23rd.
All donations will also qualify you for 10% off that day’s purchase (cannot be carried over to another visit).
