Visibility
___________
We are on South Turnpike Road in Wallingford, CT. We are mere yards away from the historic Oakdale Theater (a Live Nation venue; close enough that we use their overflow lot for events like Record Store Day). We also run parallel with the Merritt Parkway (Route 15) that runs from Hartford down to NYC (turns into Wilbur Cross Parkway & Hutchinson River Parkway). Our building can be seen from the parkway and we have been told by customers that they use it as a landmark when driving by.

Wall Displays / Point of Purchase Displays / Displays..!

Price & positioning is available with all of the above program offers. We’re game to discuss any visibility of product throughout the store whether on the wall, on a counter or as a standee in our general space.
In Store Performances / Signings / Appearances
We’re game for in store shows for sure. Shows are fun! We’re game for free ones, but generally would pass a bucket for the band (we’d take nothing from that – all money from shows go to artists). More on that here. We have a modest PA available for these events (get in touch if specific specs are needed; it is very modest though fills the room just fine).
Signings/Appearances would be a harder sell for us, but we’re not opposed to the discussion.
Podcast
We do a montly podcast. We generally interview local musicians and music related folks. We’ve had local YouTube celebrity Anthony Fantano on as well as Western MA’s (we consider Western MA an extension of our Central CT music community – it co-mingles often) Byron Coley among many other impressive guests along the scale.

We do this with the same passion we do for our record label (which also focuses on local music) and generally consider it a break-even proposition / part of our yearly promo budget.
We’ve never done any advertising on the podcast, but are open to ideas. We generally get about 200 listens per month. We’ve been doing them regularly since September of 2017 and have taken off only for Record Store Day months.
