Black Friday approaches rapidly and ever more rapidly now that we’re in November (just 4 Fridays away). Each year since we’ve been open we’ve had a three day sale starting with that Friday and going through Sunday. We call it the Blackout at Sunrise Sale. This year it starts at 6AM on November 29th and ends on December 1st at 6PM.
Friday has the most going on. We’ll have the record tent out back as well as snacks and drinks. The Record Store Day Black Friday titles will be here that day as well (you’ll have to check here for the list on the Wednesday before [First day of Hanukkah] Thanksgiving to see what we’ve got – as ever we’ve ordered a bevy of it and hope to be allotted as much of that as is possible).
Throughout the entire weekend used stock (everything we carry that is not brand new – records, equipment, books, ephemera…) will be 25% off. New stock will be 15% off the entire weekend as well (records, CDs, etc.). Used CDs are just $1 for that weekend.
We’ll also have a new design of a T-Shirt that is going to be specific to this event and will be given away to the first 50 people to spend $100 or more (show up earlier to make sure the size you need is still available – we’ll have S-XXL unisex sizes).
