T-USED-DAY Update for December 17th, 2019
at Redscroll Records

WEATHER NOTE: IT IS MESSY OUT AND WILL BE ICY LATER SO WE ARE CLOSING AT 4:00 PM TODAY

Here are some of the latest used arrivals at the shop. Keep in mind this doesn’t include any of the CDs or many of the LPs in the general rock/pop/jazz/anything-in-the-back-room that we get in. This list also builds over the course of a week so sometimes some items are no longer in stock by the time this is posted. We try to avoid that, but it happens. Call ahead if there’s a particular release you’re curious about. These are the in-store prices – if you’d like to find any of these online please visit us here: http://www.discogs.com/seller/Redscroll

Tickets for this concert are on sale NOW at our website and on Eventbrite. Also coming to Space Ballroom on Thursday, (3/26/20) is the indie band with a cult-like following, Murder By Death – who will be playing setlists that are curated by their fans, including songs from all eight albums in their catalog. Tickets for this show will be on sale Friday, (10/4) and details for those can be found on our website!

If you find yourself in Hamden any night this weekend, make sure to come to Space Ballroom for a great show! After taking a short Sunday break, we’re back to the grind on Monday night (10/7) with Cafe Nine’s Manic Monday event which is being taken over by the south, featuring alternative rock band Walden, hailing from Athens, GA and hip-hop artist TAME, The Aspiring Me from Houston, TX with support from Connecticut singer-songwriter, RØY & the Echoes. Next Tuesday (10/8) at College Street Music Hall in New Haven, multigenre band Lake Street Dive will bring the sounds of 60s R&B, pop, and rock to the stage and are being joined by dazzling singer-songwriter Madison Cunningham. Last but not least, iconic 80s rock band, Melvins, are touring the re-release of their classic record “10 Songs,” and are ripping up the stage at Space Ballroom following classic punk band Redd Kross, and Japanese noise artist, Toshi Kasai next Wednesday, (10/9).
