DJs & Bands at Counterweight Record Festival May 19th
If you need yet another reason to come out to our 2nd Record Festival at Counterweight Brewing Co. then we have 5 of them for you!
We have 3 DJs and 2 bands coming through to provide pleasant sounds!
DJs:
Ben Levesque – Ben works as part of the Manic Presents / Premier Concerts team bringing CT some of the finest touring acts possible. He is also an avid collector of physical media and it should be a fun listen and we are excited to hear what he decides to bring! Ben was on our very first Podcast here.
DJ Jahoctopus – Proto-psych-soundtrack-funk-rock-soul-folk-metal co-owner of Lovecraft Tattoo in Hamden (just a stone’s throw from Counterweight). Good chance you’ll want to ask what he’s playing at least twice!
Danny Boroughs – One of the members of T. Wreck that we interviewed on our podcast here. Danny is also a prolific writer and general New London arts creator / supporter. We expect he’ll play a nice mix of electronic, hip-hop, rock and all in between.
