Here are some of the latest used arrivals at the shop. Keep in mind this doesn’t include any of the CDs or many of the LPs in the general rock/pop/jazz/anything-in-the-back-room that we get in. This list also builds over the course of a week so sometimes some items are no longer in stock by the time this is posted. We try to avoid that, but it happens. Call ahead if there’s a particular release you’re curious about. These are the in-store prices – if you’d like to find any of these online please visit us here: http://www.discogs.com/seller/Redscroll

Podcast

RSR PC 014 CHRIS TETI

On this month’s podcast we talk with Chris Teti. We talk about his beginnings with My Heart to Joy, his first concert before that, his current operations with The World Is A Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid To Die, Silver Bullet Studios and a lot more.

From mastering (like the recent Fiddlehead record!) to driving all over the country and flying all over the world, we talk about his experiences in Connecticut’s quiet corner and his experiences being flown around Brazil. It’s a wide range of talking points to be sure.

Merchandise, t-shirts

New Shirts! Might Look Familiar

So, one of our first shirt designs after opening our doors was one of our most ambitious shirt designs. Full color thrash inspired shirt that became one of our most talked about shirts. We decided to revisit it and change the font at the top and add a back print. Killin’ it since 2007. We opened in April of 2007 and thanks to all that come through our doors we’ve all been collectively killin’ it. You, us, anyone who has come into the shop, ordered from us online, come to any of our events or just thought favorably about us at any given moment and so on.

So, we return to the realm of thrash metal. Post-apocalyptic landscape. Glowing with fire and radiation.

Yes, we will, in the future, have more standard record store apparel. This run, however, is for those that have worn the previous version out or never had the chance to get it in the first place. This is a small run of under 100 shirts so get them while the getting is good. Small to no chance of this getting repressed/redone again.

These are $20 in sizes Small through XXL. On black Alstyle ringspun cotton shirts.
