The line for RSD titles will be by our front door to the right of our normal main entrance.

Make sure to dress weather appropriate! Layers are always nice in case you need to put something on/take something off. 

A select amount of parking can be found in the normal area that is in our lot. Please utilize the extra parking available in the lot next to the gas station nearest us (and possibly at Cody’s Barbershop across and over from us). Be careful crossing the street! Please be mindful of our neighbors and do your best not to congest the lot or park in non-parking spaces (use the lots mentioned and seen in this photo below). Do not park in un-marked spaces blocking passage-ways or doors.

Please be safe, mindful and cordial to each other. We are in an industrial zone so please be wary of that if lining up early.  To be friendly with neighbors please keep spots in line if anyone needs to leave to use the bathroom (but not for people showing up later – they can line up like everyone else). We’ll do our best to get into the store as safely and efficiently as we can.

Record Store Day titles are limited to 1 per title per person (buy as many titles as you’d like, just 1 each).

Record Store Day 2026 is on Saturday, April 18th!
Special hours 8AM-7PM. 

We’ll have a ton of the Record Store Day Exclusives in stock and we’ll open early at 8AM and have our menu system ready to go in order to move folks along as quickly as possible!

We are located at:
69 South Turnpike Road, Wallingford, CT 06492

We will have a lot of Record Store Day specific items. There will be a line that forms to our front door. We’ve had much success and acclaim with it so we’ll continue using a menu system to help the line move along even quicker than usual. Once we arrive and have things all set up we will come out to the line and hand out these menus (a list of items that you can request items from ; 1 of each item per person maximum) and later retrieve them. At 8AM we will start ringing up the orders and passing them out. When we are out of a given item we will let folks know in the best way we can and offer the available items to anyone with a filled out form/menu in line order.

A list of available items will be posted on the 17th (the night before RSD) by 7PM on our website. 

Parking is available by our shop with excess parking available behind / beside the gas station just south of the store on the same side of the street (other side of the closest traffic light) or at Cody’s Barbershop (across the street in the opposite direction). Do be careful crossing the street! Please be mindful of our neighbors and do your best not to congest the lot or park in non-parking spaces (use the lots mentioned and seen in this photo below).

RSD Quantity Disclaimer:
We hope we can please and fulfill the requests of a good deal of you all. As much as we’d like to have every possible thing on hand in quantities exactly matching the demand it just can’t work that way. We order a tremendous amount as do many other stores. We are allocated certain amounts of things and ultimately we get a lot because we put in the leg work. That said, we get less than we order and in some cases we miss out on items completely (trust us, it’s not purposeful by any stretch). We want everyone to be happy in the end so be excellent to each other. And if you have a request for something please let us know next week with an email or phone call and we can check on its availability. With thousands of stores participating and low quantities pressed of certain items there are often allocations that equal 1 or 2 of any given item per store (and sometimes stores even get left out). 

Statement about Charli XCX RSD releases from the record distributor to us:

“Both Charli XCX titles were heavy allocated so many of you didn’t get anywhere near the quantities you wanted but WEA is pressing more and we expect to have them about two weeks after RSD.”

So, if you’re after the Charli XCX titles please be aware that we have limited quantities, but hope to have more in a couple weeks.

Some things on the list have changed since the announcement. Some have been cancelled and some are now future releases. Megan Thee Stallion just became a standard Friday release that will be in our regular shop area for instance.  Some RSD items also already have some future represses planned so if you do miss out on them they may be coming out again in the not so distant future.

MENU SYSTEM is in effect!

What does this mean!? After Record Store Day 2025 items were announced we ran a poll asking if folks would prefer to browse and pull themselves or have a menu system in order to make the line more efficient and it was unanimously in favor of the menu (there were a couple people who picked the browsing option and then almost immediately messaged us to say they made a mistake!).

The menu is a list of available items (the prices are on the list so you can do some math – don’t forget the 6.35% CT Sales Tax) with a column on the right for you to check off the items you’d like.  We’ll pass out menus for as long as it makes sense (once the line has diminished we’ll cease).

We’ll collect menus and pull your items and in line order (menus will be numbered and have a place for you to write your name).

We’ll let folks know when items are no longer available (either individually or en masse).

We do not list quantities received in general for these events. If an album’s scarcity is known it might encourage flipping of that item and would possibly remove it from a fan’s grasp. We do what we can to mitigate that possibility.
